TEST DRIVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By signing up to test drive any car from GL Auto Pte Ltd, you confirm that your participation in the Test Drive is voluntary and based upon your own initiative. You agree and undertake to GL Auto Pte Ltd that in consideration of GL Auto Pte Ltd allowing you to test drive the above mentioned vehicle, you will observe and agree to be bound by the following:

1. You declare that you are in good health, that your eyesight is of the standard required for the test drive and that you are not suffering any illness or disability which may make it unsafe for you to drive.
2. Comply with instructions given to you by GL Auto Pte Ltd’s staff at all times;
3. Test drive only along the routes as instructed by the GL Auto Pte Ltd staff and exercise due care and caution throughout the test drive;
4. Comply with all posted road speed limits during the test drive;
5. Take due care of the vehicle under my control and be responsible for any loss or damage to the vehicle and/or other property and/or injury or death to third parties including the vehicle’s occupants;
6. Be personally liable for all traffic violations during the test drive; You are liable for any penalty or fine in relation to any offences committed during the test drive;
7. You will wear a seat belt properly fastened and abide by the driving and safety requirements and provisions of the applicable laws at all times during the test drive.
8. You confirm that your driving licence is valid and there is currently no disqualification or suspension in force at the time of the test drive;
9. You are solely responsible for any decision as to your fitness to drive. If at any point you are not fit to drive you must cease to take part in the Test Drive immediately. You confirm that you have not consumed any alcohol on the date of the Test Drive and that you are not under the influence of any drugs that may affect your ability to drive.
10. Waive all claims against GL Auto Pte Ltd and/or indemnify and keep GL Auto Pte Ltd, its employees, agents and others (including the vehicle owner) indemnified at all times on demand  against all liabilities for claims, demands, actions, suits, losses, costs, charges, expenses, damages, death, personal injury (whether fatal or otherwise) caused during the test drive and will bear all loss and damage to the vehicle and any other losses, damage, cost and expenses whatsoever and howsoever caused during the test drive, without claiming from GL Auto Pte Ltd or the Vehicle Owner’s motor insurance.
11. You expressly waive to the extent legally possible by signing these test drive Terms & Conditions any claims or recourse against GL Auto Pte Ltd, GL Auto’s employees, representatives, agents and servants connected with your participation in the test drive.
12. This agreement is governed by Singapore Law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

You acknowledge and consent to the collection, retention, storage, use and disclosure and processing of my personal data that you provided to GL Auto Pte Ltd for the purpose of verification by GL Auto Pte Ltd, to activate insurance coverage and to send to you updates, news, promotional and marketing mails or material from GL Auto Pte Ltd.
